We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important development regarding WeSwap as the provider of mobile app technology and associated administration services.
After careful consideration, the management team have made the difficult decision to cease administrative operations in relation to the distribution of the travel money program and mobile app effective 8th October. This is following the failure of Manigo, the technology service provider.
Whilst we have worked behind the scenes to provide support to our partners for the continuity of its payment's services, this decision has not been made lightly. In putting consumers at the heart of our activities we remain committed to ensuring a smooth exit for all WeSwap mobile app and card holders.
We want to reassure customers that all customer funds are safe, and we apologise for any inconvenience experienced by our decision. Please note that WeSwap does not receive, hold, transfer or come into possession of any funds.
Any customer wishing to withdraw funds can do so by contacting our card issuer Monavate at [email protected] or visiting https://www.monavate.com/refund and they will be happy to process a refund. Our app support team will remain available until 29th November to assist with any queries or concerns, via email on [email protected]

We are committed to protecting your data privacy throughout this process. All personnel data will be handled in compliance with GDPR requirements and will be securely deleted from our systems by 6th December.
